More than just a cabin, we provide clean bed linens and towels, a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker and coffee. In the living room you'll find 2 recliners, a love seat, streaming HDTV, a DVD player and natural gas fireplace. Additional heating and air conditioning is provided by a mini-split heat pump. The beautiful bedroom features a queen bed with adjacent bath and shower. Outside, there's a large front porch with swing, gas grill, picnic table and fire ring. Besides high speed WIFI (over 150 Mbps), you'll have free unlimited long distance calling on a landline phone with voicemail. We have 5 bars of AT&T and T-Mobile cell service at the cottage.

Reservations may begin and end any day of the week.
Rates include one set of clean bed linens and towels, some soap, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags.

Nightly rate (with a two night minimum) for 1 or 2 guests - $130/night.

Weekly rates are discounted 15% and monthly rates are discounted 30%.

There are no other fees if you clean up after yourself. However we are required to collect 6% state and 5% county tax on all rentals less than 30 days.

*IF we do not have a same-day guest turnover we will try to accommodate a request for an early check-in or later check-out. However, please do not request an early check-in sooner than the day before your arrival. We will not BE ABLE to give you an answer sooner than that. Otherwise there will be no early check-in or late check-out.
