Canyon Country Cottages
An invoice for the balance due will be sent to you confirming your reservation and deposit. The full balance will be due at least 7 days prior to your arrival. A full refund of the reservation deposit will be made if canceled at least 30 days in advance. If less than 30 days notice is given, deposits will be returned only if the vacancy is filled. |

| Smoking | No smoking in the cottage. Please do it outside using the butt bucket. |
| Cottage condition | Please leave the cottage in the condition you found it. |

| Firearms | No firearms, fireworks, BB guns etc may be discharged on the property. |
| Neighbors | Nearby properties are private. Respect their rights to peace and quiet. |

that I and all my accompanying guests abide by the instructions and policies set forth on this page. I/we will immediately report and agree to pay for any damages that I/we may cause to the rental property, including its lawn and landscape. Any violation of this agreement will immediately end my/our stay and no refunds will be given. |
