(you may use the link at the bottom of this page) Reservations are made with a 50% deposit by credit card. An invoice for the balance due will be sent to you confirming your reservation and deposit. The balance is due by credit card at check-in. Deposits will be refunded if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days in advance. If less than 30 days notice is given, refunds will be made only if the vacancy is filled. A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds. For returning guests, we will hold an annual standing reservation for weekly rentals. Deposits for standing reservations will be due in January and the balance will be due at check-in. |

| Firearms | No firearms, fireworks, BB guns etc. may be discharged on the property. |
| Neighbors | Nearby properties are private. Respect their right to peace and quiet. |

that I and all my accompanying guests abide by the instructions and policies set forth on this page. We will immediately report and agree to pay for any damages that we may cause to the rental property, including its lawn and landscape. We will leave the cottage in the condition we found it, except for used bed linens, towels and paper products. Otherwise my credit card may be assessed a cleaning fee. Any violation of this agreement will immediately end our stay and no refunds will be given. |
