Canyon Country Cottages
The balance will be due upon your arrival. A full refund of the reservation deposit will be made if canceled at least 30 days in advance. If less than 30 days notice is given, deposits will be returned only if the vacancy is filled. |

| Pets | No pets on the property. |
| Smoking | No smoking in the cottage. Please do it outside using the butt bucket. |
| Cottage condition | Please leave the cottage in the condition you found it. |
| Wildlife | Please do not feed any wildlife. |
| Firearms | No firearms, fireworks, BB guns etc may be discharged on the property. |
| Neighbors | Nearby properties are private. Respect their rights to peace and quiet. |

I/we will immediately report and agree to pay for any damages that I/we may cause to the rental property, including its lawn and landscape.
